Important: AnimesHUB does not host, store, or upload any video content on its servers. All video streams are linked from independent third-party hosting providers. We act solely as an index/aggregator. If you find infringing content, we will remove the link from our index promptly upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, and you should also contact the hosting provider directly for faster removal.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown request, your notice must include the information below. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.

Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, original URL, or other identifying information).
Provide the URL(s) on AnimesHUB where the allegedly infringing content can be found.
Include your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Sign the notice (electronic signature is accepted).

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and email, along with a consent to jurisdiction statement.

Please note: Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may expose you to legal liability.
